6800GT bios flash failed

When I backup my bios.. "nvflash -b backup.rom", I get "FPU overrun blabla"

When I flash my bios.. "nvflash -4 -5 -6 4001100.rom", I get "Coprocessor overrun blaba"

6800GT Aopen, any suggestions?

which bios are you trying to use?

i never got .rom files to work, use .bin

if you need to make the switch, NiBiTor will let you save as either.

unless you're doing something weird, like using a different brand, the best thing is to backup the original bios, then modify it, worked everytime for me.
