Guys and gals I am in need of some guidance here.

I know how to overclock my video card, but the software is not wanting to respond. I download coolbits but it is giving me issues. No matter what I do I cannot change from the 300mhz core on my 6800LE. I can take my memory to 866 with no problems. Now what I mean by this is that Rivatuner is supposed to set the core to 400. I test it, it comes out okay, then I apply the new speed. Well my core will not change from that. My memory is responding correctly though and I do not have any cooling or am at the limit of my core. This seems like a software problem or something.

I have tried several different drivers with no success. Driver cleaner was used while I was trying each new driver.

Why can't my core go past 300 in software? I know it is stable. :bang head :bang head

I think I resolved my issues. It was in the 77.xx and 78.xx driver sets that was preventing me from overclocking. Going to the old Omega's solved it.
