What are you using to overclock your card?
Well I had to go back to the 12.90 and I'm using nvmax..
r u using W98? its a known issue actually for users of W98 and GeForceII MX - at least from all i heard. Its a driver problem and imo it seems to be clearly intentional. u better go to powerstrip because its not driver dependant (rivatuner nor nvmax will be able to overclock).

Have you tried coolbits?? I had to reinstall coolbits to (re)enable the overclocking function when I upgraded from 12.90's to 21.81 for my ElsaGeforce2GTS. Win98SE. 21.85's...same story

the reason you lost the ablility to overclock when changing drivers is most likly case by WHQL approved drivers.
For Drivers to be WHQL approved MS requires they do not have any overclocking features built in. (coolbits)
So if you want to overclock and use WHQL approved drivers you have to get a 3rd party overclocking utility

i heard about microsoft and coolbits thing but the fact is that the same WHQL certified driver enables overclocking table under other microsoft operating systems as W2K for ex. i strongly beleive thats a nvidia issue: W98 + GeForce II MX / just imagine how many users with this system.. how many ones with not enough knowledge to overclock the frequencies safely: that could easily be a nvidia interest.

Same thing here Yodums. My GF2 MX200 overclocked fine with the 14.xx drivers, but when I installed the Detonator XP my card wouldn't overclock anymore. Tried coolbits, NVMax and RivaTuner, but they all show strange numbers like 223456MHz (would be nice if it were true...). The system keeps rebooting trying to activate the overclock, and it never works.
I've reinstalled Windoze and everything else, to no avail. I'm downloading PowerStrip and the newest 21.88 right now. If I get it to work I'll post it here.
Good luck to you.
