Ordered My Upgraded A64 system...should be promising

I have the current listed in the signature right now. On the way is...


$68 ASROCK 939 Dual ULI Motherboard
$132 Venice E6 3200+
$160 Crucial Ballistics 1GB DDR 500 (Will upgrade later to 2x1)
$60 ZALMAN 9500 CPU cooler
$60 Western Digital 80GB wdj800jd(something like that, already have 1)
MSI X800XT PE AGP(already had it)

I am hoping to hit 2.5GHZ especially since i shouldn't have to worry about temps with that heatsink. I am confused as to something though. Would I have been better off just getting 1 more of the patriot 1gb ram sticks and using 2x1 patriot rams at a low clock, or having 1gb of the ballistics overclocked sky high??

How did you get that 3200+ so cheap? Also, once you're all installed, give some feedback about the motherboard here:
