Albatron 845 (need NB hsf replacement suggestion

So my motherboard i located in my closet looks indentical to this one. ie nothing on the northbridge.

what im looking for is a good replacment to order so that i can get this thing folding. a good overclock is needed, so something that can handle a little heat. never replaced a factory one so im lost as far as what im supposed to be looking for.
