Yeah it tries every now and then between proteins to transmit any you have in queue. My Athlon 1 GHz is kinda sketchy on consistently transmitting finished proteins but dont worry, they're cached and new work is downloaded. Eventually they will get uploaded.

There is a send flag that you can use to upload your queued units. I believe it's -send x=all or -send x ( where x is whatever the number is of the queued unit) or something like that. Does anyone know??
