Asus AH-1, Very poor preformance

Hi there

I just got a new system and after putting it together it preforms poorly
Running XP sp2 fully patched
Everything is running on auto
CPU @ 9*200. Mem @ 2.5 ,2 ,2 7
All stable, If i turn

3dmark2001se around 4500
Snadra memory bandwidth around 4000
Superpi 1m around 55 seconds

I don't get it. What is the problem? Those benchmarks look about right to me for a 9600. Try a better video card.
 
onboard video?
that explains the low 3Dmark score. even though i think it should still be higher.
i got 56 sec in super pi 1m with my setup so that is a bit low too...
my mem bandwidth in sandra is around 3680 and you should be wooping my pc's *** with that rig (except the 3dmark).
but i really have no idea what the problem is.

I would have thought I should be at least at the 6-7000 mark
Or What about memory bandwidth or SuperPI
