Any idea if this would work in a MSI Neo2? This is Hynix memory I believe..... seems like a good deal and I've never used Hynix memory before. Not sure if it works well in NF3 or NF4 architecture....

That's deffinetly Hynix chips looking at those timings but as you know Hynix are Intel stuff but it should work on AMD platform as well, better on NF4.

How low can I expect those timings to go on lets say NF3 or NF4? Do they respond to voltage?

You might be able to pull of 3-3-3-8 but that's a maybe, anything bellow that will require you to drop down the freq.

As for Vdimm just like TCCD's these don't respond well to voltages. 2.8-2.9V should be more then enough.
