Hello all,
Ive been an avid reader of the OCforums for quite some time and I finally got my lazy self to join  . Lots of great stuff on these forums. Anyways let me get to the point.

I building a server for a small business that is going to be running the JoBOSS software. For those of you that don't know it a simple program that handles invoicing, inventory, and purchasing for manufacturing businesses. Its not a very intensive program and no crazy graphics. About three computers will be running off this server with only two computers max (usually only one) running JoBOSS simultaneously off the server. Most of the infromation will be stored on the server and accessed by the computers. No overly large files or anything like that. The three computers that we have running off the server are running AMD64 processors so Im sticking to an AMD64 based server. So here is my build (with links) let me know what you guys think.

Processor: AMD64 3200+ Venice Socket 939 retail

Motherboard: ASUS A8V-MX Socket 939 VIA K8M800 Micro ATX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813131558

Ram: OCZ Premier Value 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory

Case + PSU:Antec LifeStyle ARIA Silver/Black Aluminum MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 300Watt SmartPower Active PFC Power Supply

And I plan on having a RAID 1 (Mirror Set-up) with 2 80gb Western Digital hard drives.

Just wondering if the powersupply with the case will handle the system. I think it should since there is nothing really power hungry, no grahics card, and no OCing. Just want good stability.

And will filling up the two RAM slots in the motherboard cause the RAM to run at lower speeds. I know this is an issue with AMD64 boards using 4 dimms. This mobo only has two slots.

Thanks all for your help!
