well i think it is *kind of* enough

run a 600L just to be on the safe side

i am using Eheim 1048

good pump, quiet

Could you please convert that to gallons, so us non-metric loving Americans can get a feel for how much power this pump actually has? :D

1 gallon = 3.785 liters

450 liters/3.785 = 118.89 gallons;)

My rule of thumb, no less than 125 GPH, no more than 800 GPH (Exception to that rule is bong cooling, where you would need a pump with a nice high delivery head).

So no less than 473 LPH, no more than 3028 LPH. I would also recommend a high LPH pump.

damn, i might have to try it anyway, i can get much else and a 600l one would cost double the price
