Thought everything would go somewhat fine when I had to RMA my Belkin F5D7000. Got an RMA # quick and easy, no issue. Sent it off. Then everything started going wrong.
1. They received the package, but didnt acknowledge that until I called and gave them a tracking number proving it.
2. I sent back a F5D7000. I now hold in my hand a F6D3000. This isnt what I needed. While I appreciate the upgrade, the F5D7000 has a lifetime warranty, while the F6D3000 does not, and I specifically wanted a F5D7000 because it has Linux support.
3. The F6D3000 I hold in my hand is broken at the antenna.
Anybody else had any issues like this with Belkin?
