Right now i have 4 ram slots and two of them are filled with 512mb sticks, im interested in picking up another GB but im not sure if i should just go with 2x more of 512, which would fill up all my slots and limit me later, or if i should just go with a 1gig stick, what do u guys think? Which is better? Having the dual channel or what?

Your Neo2 manual only outlines using 1, 2 or 4 sticks of ram. The manual also states, "DO NOT install three memory modules on three DIMMs, or it may cause some failure." Some failure in my case was the machine would not even boot. Your choices are 4x512 at 2t command rate or 2x1gig and hopefully 1t. Good luck.
