sound problem on P5WD2-P, need help

Hi , i posted this in sound section but got no reply.
so i thought here would be a better section.

I just down loaded sound drivers for win xp X64 from asus web site (20 MB 64 bit driver ,beta version). but it doesnt work, UAA bus driver in device manager list is no working, so the driver cannot be installed correctly.

there is also a 5 part version for download, which is said to install sound drivers for variety of operation systems, but i used another version which install drivers for only X64 o/s.

but i didnt work, anyone can help me?

Is everything else working? ie. vid card, optical drivers, etc? What is UAA? Are there 64-bit chipset drivers available as well? If so, I would update those first.

I recently "finally" got an EMT64 proc, but held off on going to XP64 precisely for this reason...I'll be waiting until drivers for it are a little more common and tested
