Swiftech 462a / AK31 installation

I have a swiftech 462a with an athlonXP 1800 on a AK31 rev 3.1. Im not sure if my temps are normal.

34*C Idle (not sure about load, but after i play an hour long movie on my comp the temp gets up to 37*)
25*C ambient

How much would the Delta 80mm fan help?

Im not sure if its seated properly..
Is the heatsink supposed to be resting on that little spring of the northbridge fan?

Sounds great to me...You have great setup with a xp and a kt266a board not to mention a great heatsink there. Now overclock it..your temps are ready for it:)
