Waterblock pressure

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has gotten a DangerDen Maze 1. And if so, how tight did you put the holding clamp on the processor? I'm worrying whether I'll cruch the core if I do it too tight.

Yeah, that is something to worry about. I dunno anybody that knows exactly, but try to estimate it. Make sure youc an't see any light between the core and the block. And wiggle it aorund to make sure it is tight

Did you get the springs with the mounting kit? I have the Danger Den Maze2 and it has 4 little springs. Tighten the hold down bolts until the springs bottom out.

I don't think the Maze 1 has springs to attach.
Maybe you could make something of that sort yourself. I don't think you will do dammage very quickly with the spring-type of hold-downs.

It doesn't look like you can order the spring clamps by themselves. I think I'll just have to use my judgement and hope that I do it juuuuuuuuuuust right. Thanks anyways people!
