I haven't seen a thread like this and since I'm new to the DDR2 scene, I'd like to see what other people are getting with their memory benches.

Please post the following info to make the results clearer:

CPU
Motherboard
Memory (manufacturer, model, speed running at, timings)
Benchmarks used if not posting a screenshot.

Thanks!!

wow you freaking schooled me

dividers kill bandwith... if only i had a 6xx cpu, although this 830 is holding up marvelously

I think these numbers are low. Can anyone confirm?

Ram is at 4-3-3-10, 1:1 with FSB at 275. rest of spec's in sig.

ps i love ddr2

know nuttin i think your score looks fine. if you're unsatisfied then overclock (more)

those are sick scores.

I just wasn't sure if that was what I was supposed to see or not. I'm satisfied if that is around the right range.

I haven't done any Sandra memory bandwidth benchmarking since late last winter. But, here is my KHX PC2-5400 running at something like 4-4-4-12 and I don't remember exactly what speed, but it's my "green" siggy rig if you want to know mobo and CPU.

My crappy web hosting is getting worse and worse. If the pic don't show up, here are the scores: Int=7352 and Float=7389

My best score was with my OCZ EB rev 2 PC2-4200 using 3-2-2-8 timings, but I can't find the screenshot. I'll probably have to rerun it eventually.

This is at DDR2 700, 4-4-4-12. FSB at 280.

I'm impressed, this ram is holding up very well.

Hmmm, mind if I ask is anyone here kind enough to show benchmarks of 2 x 512MB pairs and 2 x 1GB pairs at the same speed and timing, and both buffered and unbuffered?

Curious to know whether double-sided sticks (1GB sticks on DDR-II, and most 512MB DDR-I and 1GB DDR-I) have any effect on the unbuffered bench like DDR 1 on 865PE/875P.

Many thanks!

I just happen to have 2X512 Samsung single sided PC2-3200 RAM that is going in my Mom's rig. If I have time tonight, I'll try that for you. I'll also try a couple max runs with my good DDR2 RAM too. Someone needs to give Crimedog some competition.

Yes, DDR2 is best when running in dual channel mode which most Intel users do if they are smart.

a little better, didn't know this ram could do 3-3-3-10
