Does the GlobalWin WBK38 fit onto a Socket 370?

Some online sites say that the GlobalWin WBK38 will only fit onto a Socket 462 and a Socket 7. However, I read on Tom's Hardware Guide that it fits onto a Socket 370 as well. I have an ABIT BE6 mobo and a Socket 370/Slot 1 adapter. Does the GlobalWin WBK38 fit onto my Socket 370/Slot 1 adapter?
