I'm thining of cutting two holes in a CM Stacker side window (http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product&p_serial=SPB-S01-E1&other_title=SPB-S01-E1Side%20Window) for some 120mm Fans.

I was simply wondering what tools I should use for it.
I found this Beginner's Guide to Machining Plastics (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=387265) But there is so much info, I'm somewhat confused.

What would be the best tool and technique to make the 120mm hole and the 4 screw holes in the window.

If you can get yourself access to a drill press that would be your best bet for a perfect hole.

A hole saw is your best tool for drilling fan holes

hole saw is about your only bet for making a good hole in plexi. pretty much the only other thing is to melt it, but that would look like hell.

Here's another thread on the subject.

IMO it's not really that difficult. The side Window plastic is pretty soft.
Good luck with it.
