How do I mount 2 120mm fans on a heater core? Do i need a duct? How do I make a duct? Why am I talking like a robot? I do not know. But please answer my other questions.

With the core sitting on it's side, pipes straight up it is: 6.25" to the top of the core, 8.5" to the top of the pipes, core is 9.5" long, 11.5" from top of tank to top of tank. Core is 2" thick

you could do it this way
if your only using 2 fans you could also wind tunnel it but the total cfm

the paint is showing diagram of rad from your specs
you could use anything you wanted for the ducting
lexan would look cool if your putting it outside of your case though

expensive though...i think...I'm probably gonna go with posterboard (A step down from lexan lol) do you know where i'd pick up lexan?
