Performance on my new rig?

Ok, finally after AMD graciously RMA'd my dead 3700 with a 4000, I'm assembling the rig! I had kind of a broad question: based on my rig (see sig)what tests should I be running to check performances and what is the ballpark I should be in? I never had sucha powerful rig before, and even if I was running at 50% it would still seem incredibly fast to me
I just want to make sure that RAM, CPU and VGA perfs are where they are supposed to be, before I tweak!

a simple quick test would be sisoft sandra benchmarks...then 3dmark for the gfx card
