X300SE 128mb or 6200TC 256mb

Just a quick question, which one is better the X300SE or the 6200TC? I know these are low end cards and there are a ton of better ones but I need the cheapest PCI-E video card and they are exactly the same price. I'm building a PC for a friend and he's not a big gamer, the only game he'll play is Counter Strike which is old as hell :)

those are not the best value imo but to be honest the 6200 256MB card would perform better, ESP. after you unlock the pipes. if it unlocks at all

Out of the 2, I'd recomend the X300se. Turbocache = takes up your system ram. But, a 6200 standard would be much better.
