How to share hdd on win2k3?

I'm trying to share a hard drive on my network server for my house...publicly accessable for everyone with write access...and it always askes for a username/password. This is getting so annoying...because I have to type it in everytime...is there a way to make it act like windows xp? Where you simply right click on the drive, share & add users can edit files blah blah blah?
