hard drive to hard drive Copying problem

So i upgrade my rig i got tons of files on my old hard drive in my documents that i want so i try to move them over to my new hard drvie but windows wont let access them :(. what do i do?

As Administrator, afiak you need to change ownership of the files to your username, then you can access them.
