does anyone know dat 3D power have made this new ram stick at 256 mb 300mhz DDR at CAS 2!! woo men, and the best thing is, it will not even going to be too much pricy than the normal one.

i wouldn't mind getting on of this babe;)

yep same i am finding it hard to beleive as well, so i went and double check the article, and yes i was wrong itz 150mhz actually, sorry for the disappointment:D
