Overclocking dell laptop ram

I have a inspiron 6000 with 256mb of ram...the chip says its 333mhz ram....but 3dmark03 says that its 400mhz....either way i want to know how i can overclock it so that it runs at the 533mhz my cpu runs at....thanks

you probably won't be able to adjust settings on a laptop too easily, try going into the bios and see what options you have to choose from, but dell doesn't leave much to play with. you might try some programs to adjust through windows

ya i went into the bios...dell didnt put anything in there to use...what programs can i use through windows? thanks
