not recognizing Motherboard(p4c800-e deluxe)

I rma'ed my P4c800-e deluxe. When I try to install the asus update tool it says Setup program detect no Asus motherboard, setup will now abort.

also my board seems to take forver to post, it just sits there.

any ideas

No floppy disks.

check cmos settings and try to reset it to defaults? always keep 1 floppy drive, im sure ur neighbors always throws old computers....
