I don't know about that one, but I have the Matrox PCI one that works great on my Win2K Server.

my roommate has the wintv go, and quite frankly, i dont like it. software and drivers are clunky and resource hogs. not to mention that, but there is an issue with video quality. i have my resolution set at 1280x1024. and in that res, the TV looks horrible. there are very very noticable motion lines, and interlacing. sound quality is ok, and colors are ok, but at high res, it begins to crap out.
i use an ati tv-tuner PCI. drivers blow, but the card has the best picture quality i have seen.
i like the ATI better too myself....but it has compatibiltiy problems with 2000/XP so i chucked it
got the WinTV Go and it was sorta crappy at first....but i didn't give up hope just yet
went to hauppauge's website...and downloaded the new driver...was a little better...
downloaded the new WINTV2000 and its SMOOTH AS BUTTA now ;)
tho i have to admit a lot of the problem is just because i use a cable modem on a splitter sharing with the card...if i disconnect my internet it looks AMAZING
i also have the KT7A-RAID....and haven't had any problems at all
i installed it on 2000 after having my system setup and it worked peachy....
on a fresh reinstall of xp it detected it fine and the drivers installed just spiffy
basically...if u have 9x/ME go with the ATI....but looking into the future...u might as well get a hauppauge....or wait until ATI makes one that supports the newer OS's
there were a few drivers ...i think just before their latest update that were big hogs of your CPU
20-30% on my 1gig t-bird.....that really sucked....i just went back to the older drivers and waited til their latest....its now back to 100% hardware :)
