Weird Sound Problem

All the sudden all my sounds are a little higher pitched than normal, when you listen to music it sounds like the music is being played slightly faster than normal. Also my sounds in games are higher pitched.

I've tried Installing new Mobo drivers and Audio drivers but they didn't help.

Anyone have any Ideas?

This is really annoying me.
