I recently bought a JVC RX-6042 reciever, a pair of Athena AS-B1s, and a Paridigm 8" sub to replace my Logitech Z680s. Before i had the sound output set to 2 channel, hi sample rate. However now it won't output any sound when its set to that. The receiever is recieving a 'linear pcm digital audio' singal, its just not outputing any sound. If i set to to just 2 channels it works fine.
Any thoughts to why?
Maybe the reciever can only handle a sample rate of 48KHz however isn't DTS 96KBs, and the reciever decodes DTS :( .
