Best place for cheap software?

Where's the best place (online or not) to get cheap software? No fake piracy warez junk. And I want new software, not used. I've had bad experiences with used. I'm looking for stuff like Office XP, Photoshop, Black and White 2, and WoW.

Ebays is risky, twice I bought a 'new sealed' game and twice I have been burned, one was a skillful copy complete with bs activation code, and one had no cd key at all.

Best advise is to buy from a reliable vendor like Newegg, Monarch, GoGamer etc...
