I have an AMD 1.2 Ghz in my new system. It booted up properly the first time then I added a second HD and yes the jumpers are set right. It was in my old system that I was using Win98 on my main HD now I am using Win98SE on my forst HD. I was using the second HD on an Intel system. Does this matter? Now my system boots up at 900 Mhz. What did I do? Please help me out here.

You must have hit something...you need to set it to run at 133 FSB. Sounds like it's running at 9x100 and should be 9x133. The hdd being from an Intel system wouldn't matter a bit.
What kind of motherboard are you running?

It is an Asus A7V133 with the Promise ATA Raid thing onboard. I will boot it back up and try what you said. Thanks!
