i'm trying to identify what ic's these are on this strip of ddr i got..
the ics all have on them

0447
Houston
DDR1608M-R6A
256 TAIWAN

i know it's 256 mb of PC2700 i believe.
but i was wondering what type of ic's it used..

that won't tell you what ICs are on it. Could you perhaps provide a pic?
