fastest, cheapest 2x1GB ram that will give me high FSB?

i am building a new rig (finally), and want to go for 2GBs of ram thanks to the awesome people on the CPU section. they told me that the 2x1GB of PQI turbo ddr2-667 on newegg was great and it OCed nicely. will that take me above 250FSB on 1:1?

gonna be using a asus p5wd2-premium and a p4 640.

ddr2-677 = 333mhz
it will also do more than that, at least 350-360 i'd say.

agreed, the memory in my signature is 2x1GB of PQI turbo ddr2-667 that i got at newegg.

it overclocked to DDR714 (between 350-360 as crimedog said) but since my fsb wont go any higher than 275 i just left it at 1:1 and tightened up the timings to 3-3-3-7 which are pretty tight timings for ddr2 im thoroughly happy with it.
