Asus Cusl2 mobo dead?

I went to turn her on and nothing happened. Figured it was a power supply, grabbed another and plugged her in, heard a slight pop inside. Opened the case power on, the cpu fan spins 1 time, the mobo light comes on, but nothing is working. Dead mobo or? Thanks as always for any advice. This is a socket 370 p3 board.

Take all the PCI cards and AGP out and re insert only what you need. Pull the dimms and reinsert. Try again.
I'm testing that mobo now with an 800 at 966 at 1.75V. Thats 166fsb on PC133 at CL2
