If not, I highly recommend that you take this simple measure to prevent an HSF from gravitationally enhancing your CPU;
Put a thick rubber band around the HSF so it won't slip out and kill your CPU. Maybe it won't work with all coolers, but if I'd done it, I'd be typing on my own computer right now.
