Plantronics Support.

My Audio 90 mic had crapped out on me for some reason. I called them and asked what to do and they said ship it to their Quebec location. I told them I didn't have a receipt since it was an Xmas present. They said no problem, just write a note saying so. So from Tuesday when I overnited it, to today, it was the best RMA I've ever experianced.

I just keep hearing good things about plantronics. The next time I buy a new headset, im defnally gonna get a plantronics

My last two headsets have been Plantronics. Quality is really good. Very hard to beat for the price. I've never had to return anything to them so on that aspect of things I wouldn't know. i did however wear out the foam on my first headset, so i''ve been meaning to contact them to see if I can get a replacement. Let yall know how it goes.
