Found something while playing w/ TweakUI

With the Logon option, you can choose which accounts to show on the welcome screen. There is an unchecked logon name called "ASPNET". I Googled the name and it appears to be adware, or some advertising company. Should ASPNET be there? Is it a Windows service, or whatever it's called? If not, how do I get rid of it? It doesn't get detected by Norton, Ad-aware or Spybot.

ASPNET is nothing for the average user, its not adware or spyware in fact it comes with .net framework if im correct.
