about new ati driver...

i went to rage3d and downloaded the 2 most recent unofficial drivers for my 64mb ddr vivo and they dont come with an installer.
i know this is a dumb question but how do i install them?
when i downloaded the 7199s all i got on my desktop was that stupid white icon with the windows logo on it@!
please help lol
