Currently running Antec 380 True Power.

Currenty Running:
1700+ Tbred.
NFS-7 2.0 mobo
1 x 512 pc3200
2 x 74GB Raptors
1 x CDRW
1 x ancient/super old TNT 64mb AGP gfx card.
1 x even more ancient 64MB PCI gfx card. (dual monitors)

Upgrades:
Nvidia 6600GT based gfx card (will replace both of the old ones)
another stick of 512 for dual channel.

Setup is not OC'ed at the moment, probobly will stay that way. I think I should be allright, no?

you'll most likely be ok, i have the Truepower 380S running similar components (1700+ oc'ed to 2400+, nforce2 mobo, dvd burner, dvd-rom, 160gb seagate, 2 x 512mb pc3200, geforce2 gts oc'ed 175/286 to 200/360, tv tuner card, soundcard)

another stick of ram will draw about 8-10w more, the 6600gt will draw much more than the old cards, and your raptors are power suckers too, but since you are not overclocking - i'd say it's completely fine

Yeah, I have used an old Antec 400 to run dual amd's and single proc with 6600gt, raptor, etc and it never gave me a prob.
Ya have to love name brand PS's. :D
