I'm looking for a program that will convert written text into .WAV files. You see, I want to get info then put it in an audio format, then burn it on a cd and listen to it while i'm asleep (having the "repeat" button selected). Any help would be greatly appreiacted.
Thanks,
Paul

If you do a search for a program that will read text out loud to you (For example Say it 2000). Or you may have a one that came with your sound card. Then use any wave recorder to record the speech as a wav file.
I just tried used Say it 200 to read a text file and got Creative Recorder to record the sound as a wav file.
I've not heard of anything that will convert text straight to wav files.

There are programs that will turn text to sound, most voice recognition software can do this, and then all you need is a second program, like total records that can record the current sounds on your system(in this case the voice recognition software saying your text). Total records can then save the sound as a wave, and to can burn it onto a cd.
Hope this helps:D

Hmm, I haven't looked lately, but I think www.goace.com has something like that, an e-mail reader, or some such.
