When I first built this computer and finally adjusted my overclock settings, I had the following numbers in memtest:
L1 = 21641 mb/s
L2 = 5377
memory = 2344

I updated the bios and reset my settings and now I am getting the following:
L1 = 21641 mb/s
L2 = 1517
memory = 1495

I rechecked everthing and all if fine. Why would the bandwidth change?
Are these numbers good on this type system?

most probably the default is 333mhz. Go to BIOS and check it. You may have to manually set the Ram timing (according to spec if not OCing).

Does anyone know if the bandwidth readings above is normal for the system I have?

I have it set to 400mhz
it should be around 2100 in memtest86 for DDR400
maybe are not in dual channel. Have you checked CPUZ and Everest?
Also make sure not set @ 2T in bios (auto).
Clear CMOS and see if that helps

L2 and memory speed looks unnormal, but don't know what's the problem, try see 3Dmarks running, is it still lower than b4?

may be just flash back to the old bios version if not really need the new version.

I ran Sisoftware Sandra and these are the readings I am getting.

That looks about right. Apparantly the memtest86 is showing it incorrectly.
It is possible that there is a delay in the new bios and the floppy is loaded before mem getting a chance to load correctly. Just a guess, and maybe bios is corrupted. I suggest to roll back (flash) to former bios. and bring this problem to the attention of mobo manufac.
