I am running one instance (or at least I think) of F@H on my system and Task Manager says that I'm using 100% CPU usage. When I go check the Process tab it has winFAH and FahCore7a each using 50% for a total of 100%. So is F@H making use of my dual core system, which I didn't think it would unless I were running two instances, or is something fishy going on? Thanks.

its POSSIBLE that you have a multi-thread aware core/WU, but not likely. I think you may just have 2 units folding at once. How did you install it?

Nothing special in the install, just double clicked the install file and let it go. The thing is, I recently reinstalled Windows. In my previous installation it was running as expected. 50% of my total resources, but after this install 100%.

I think you've got a problem related to video drivers and the GUI client. WinFAH should be zero and you should only show 50% cpu usage.

I thought something funny was going on. I am using FW81.87 drivers, but before I was using the 81.85 beta drivers. Is there anyway to correct this or do I have to convert back to the 81.85 drivers?

The standard line on the F@H Forum is upgrade to the latest drivers but you've already done that. In fact, someone reported the same problem you're having just yesterday with nVidia drivers. Personally I'd ditch the GUI client, install wedo's duallie one click with -advmethods. I'd use EMIII to monitor progress and store stats. If you didn't have the problem before upgrading, you should revert to the old drivers if you don't want to convert to the service install.
