Increase Possible Connections

I downloaded a program that allowed the user to increase there possible connections to the internet to 50 or something through cmd.exe. I'm unable to find that program again : (. If anyone knows where I can download it that'd be extremely helpful.

There isn't such a program. You can have as many connections as you want.
What came with XP SP2 is a throttle to have only 10 or so half open connections at anyone time. There are patches to remedy that. It isn't a simple program but a patch of some system files.

yup thats the correct one, it replaces the windows default connection limit from 10 max connections to whatever you want, its great little tool i use every time i reformat..
