SLI Help

wuzzup guys,
i have 2 evga nvidia 7800 GT's in sli
asus p5nd2 sli deluxe mb

with the latest nvidia drivers
i have sli checked
and my question is...

when i run the 3dmark2001 benchmark test, i open up nvidia properties and under performace i select advanced. and in sli configuration i was able to select single gpu or multi gpu.

i get the same results on the benchmark with both.
i don't believe they are working like they should or something

and now i have coolbits 2.0 entered into the registry
multi gpu is gone from selection
auto is there and other settings like 8 or 16x AA mode

and since i added coolbits, it crashed in a game with me and rebooted with kernal crash.

how do i remove coolbits or what should it be set as?
and should the benchmark be the same?

Have you tried other 3DMark benches. I don't think 01 really makes use of SLI. Try running 05, you should be getting 10000+ in SLI or in 03 you should be getting 20000+
