I'm starting to lean towards peltier cooling. I checked over at DangerDen's and they have 172W peltiers rated at Vmax = 24.6V and Imax = 11.3A. That's a he!! of a lot of current, and more voltage than a pc power supply provides.

So here is the question, what kind of power supply do you guys use? Ideally, I would like one with adjustable voltage so I can "dial-in" my temperature. Any help would be appreciated.
