Hi,

Does anybody know what type of chips the Kingmax MPXC22D-38 modules use? The chips were just generic, they said Kingmax on them and I looked at the numbers on the chip (don't have the memory anymore as I sold it, I'm just curious now) and it looked like it said MB-5 or maybe M8-5 but I couldn't quite tell. I was wondering if anybody knew what type of ram kingmax was using in their memory at the time? I checked the sticky and didn't find this stuff listed.

When I had used it in the past it was rated at 2.5-2.7v and the highest I ever took it was 2.8v. At that voltage it was never really stable above 210mhz, and it required slow timings, like 3-4-4-7 even at 200fsb. Pretty good stuff at 166mhz though.

Thanks in advance.
