I have a 2Mb DSL and just noticed that current stable Firefox (1.0.7) can download only 2 files at time!
Opened explorer, copy pasted web adress and let it a try, and it started downloading all 8 at once....

Does anybody know how to take this limit off, without download accelerators?

I don't think this is a firefox problem, just a website problem. Some sites only let you download 2-3 files at a time. I have Firefox 1.0.7 on several computers and have never run into this problem.

its not a firefox problem.

Windows is limited to 2 connections per server which means 2 downloads at a time.. there is a fix tho.. windows calls it REGULATING downloads.

[Start] [Run] [Regedit]

No, guys.

Its NOT an explorer problem:
1. explorer has nothing common with firefox.
2. currently I set explorer to 1000 parallel connections at time.

Its not a site problem. I was able to open the adress in explorer and download all files I needed (15) at once.

Its a Firefox problem. Any ideas upon removing it?...
