Simplicity software?

Just a question as I haven't been to the OC forums for a long time.

Is there a program out there that closes all unneeded windows processes and programs...to maximize gaming and benchmarks?

There is a program I have used called End It All.Here ia a link.It shows another program on that page but I have never tried it.
