Bong dribbling driving me nuts!

Anyone have any luck quieting their bong coolers? The dribbling water is going to drive me and my roommate insane...my bong is about 2-3 feet high, and uses a 92mm fan in the 'classic' design. I was thinking about maybe running it outside of my window, since I'm in Colorado and outside temps are about to drop, to say the least, would anyone not recommend that(I'll be using water wetter mixed in).

That might be a bit risky mostly due to water freezing... One thing you might want to check is if you put some anti-freeze in it. but watch it real close thou, even with anti-freeze you might have problems with it. But deffinatly an idea...
But as far as quieting it down, what Ive thought about since Im in the process of building one now, is take a screen mesh and put it below the shower head but above the actual water level. It might help reduce the sound a little bit. Couldnt really say, but was something I was thinking about looking into.
