Norton Blocking AIM/Firefox

I have Norton Antivirus 2005 and everytime i allow it run it turns off my aim, and ever since i installed it I am unable to use firefox.....Is there anyone to allow every thing to run w/o interuption?

Thats weird I had NAV 2k5 and the same porgrams you have and it was running fine. Maybe its your firewall
